“I had an amazing experience. The mantra was spot on. That and the mudras you taught me I’ve carried with me this last week. In that hour I felt incredible release in my neck area which is where I’ve always had anxiety display itself. And I noticed the next day turning around to back out of my driveway how NOT tight my upper body was! All that to say “More of This For Me” !”

“I was hesitant to give yoga therapy a try. The word therapy itself has this intonation of digging deep and unearthing the horrible stuff. I trusted Stu, and decided it was time to try my first Yoga Therapy Session. Two sessions later, I love it.
